We are looking for candidates living in the Capital Region of New York and surrounding areas. This is a remote position that requires driving to and calling on local businesses within your territory.
Job offers $30k base with commission structure.

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in your assigned territory. You will engage in outside sales activities, focusing on B2B interactions, selling our water filtration units, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and possess the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Duties
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and improve performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in territory sales (min. 1 year) or similar roles within a B2B environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
