• Call center experience preferred
• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Goal-oriented with a focus on metrics
• Outstanding organization, desk management, time management, and computer skills

• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
• Comfort and confidence in balancing inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications
