Position: Inside Sales Rep - Automotive (Remote)

What to Expect
  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present using B2B and B2C skills
  • Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven B2B experience in sales, meeting quotas, and working on commission
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, communication skills, and negotiation techniques
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in account management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Sales Force
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
