Inside Sales Rep - Automotive; Remote

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, and presentation using B2B and B2C skills
• Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Deliver expert customer experiences

• 1+ year of proven B2B experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products and/or services)
• High school diploma or GED
• Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

• Account Management experience preferred
• Experience utilizing a CRM preferred (such as Sales Force)
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
