This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Representative at Monaghan & Associates, located in Springboro, OH. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing personalized insurance solutions, and meeting sales objectives. The Insurance Sales Representative will also assist customers with their insurance needs, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and effectively communicate product options. While this role requires in-office presence, some remote work flexibility is also available.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and knowledge of insurance-related products
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Experience or familiarity with Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Proven Sales experience with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Reliable self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Licensure in insurance sales or the willingness to obtain qualifications as required
