Job Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Close sales, engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentations
• Build client relationships and find innovative ways to retain customers
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a focus on satisfaction

• 1+ year of proven B2B sales experience, meeting quotas, and working on commission
• Open availability and a high school diploma or GED
• Strong understanding of the sales process and negotiation techniques
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
• A quiet, distraction-free home environment for work

• Account management experience
• Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience in customer service or sales within the automotive industry

• Salary up to $18/hr
