The Requirements:

• Experience:
  
  A proven background in a call centre or high-volume calling environment is essential.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Previous Energy Sales experience is a distinct advantage.
• Tech Setup:
  You must possess your own Laptop and a UPS/Power Backup to ensure continuity during load shedding.
• Availability:
  You will be working UK Business Hours, so please familiarise yourself with these timings.

  Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle objections to reach decision-makers.
