Sales Representative, Inbound Remote

Join our sales team at Liberty Mutual Insurance. We are hiring inside sales representatives for North Dakota, South Dakota, and Arkansas, working remotely.

Base pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.

Starting base salary: $45,000 with growth potential.

Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 including base salary and commissions.

Top performers can earn $85k+ in their second year and beyond.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

• Paid training in a remote work environment.
• Training extends 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

• No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.

• Work schedule:
  
  4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11am – 8pm CST). Minimum of 12 months before shift change.
• All computer equipment provided. Must maintain a professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile services not supported.

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license required or training provided.

Position available for candidates residing in North Dakota, South Dakota, or Arkansas.

Paid training and licensing in all 50 states.
