Licensed Sales Representative – property and casualty insurance – Remote after training – Colorado ONLY

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Non-Bilingual Pay Rate: $28/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan

Bilingual Spanish Pay Rate: $30/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan

Bonus: average $2,000/mo but could be up to $7,000/mo for top performers

Annual pay: $80k to $100k

Full package of benefits

• Onsite - Englewood, CO 80112
• 8 weeks (no time off during training) - 8:30am-5:00pm local time

• Monday - Friday shifts between 10:30 am and 8:00 pm local time with some rotating weekends
• Shift payrate differential for the latest shift, after 5pm, and Saturdays
• There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation, ending at 5:00 pm AZ time on Saturdays

Work from home (must be available to go onsite for occasional meetings/trainings)

Sales — Property and Casualty Insurance

• Quote and sell homeowner's and renter's insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from purchased leads while providing excellent customer service
• Quote and sell insurance products to engage with both new and current customers to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs
• Use multiple systems to run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history
• Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies
• Conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads
• Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service needs
• Attend sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations, and maintain state licensing

• Active PRODUCER Property and Casualty License or personal lines
• Must reside within the required distance from the hub location
• Must be available to work and commit to training and work schedule
• Empathetic, driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, effective communicator, and influential
