, is hiring Inside Sales - Previous Customer Agents to expand our Homeowner Relationship Center team. If you are dedicated, hardworking, and looking for a career opportunity where you can grow, join the fastest growing remodeling company in the United States.
Hourly pay is $17.50 an hour with bonus potential. Average annual earnings $40,000–$60,000.
What We Offer- Hourly base pay + commission, uncapped commissions
- Paid training, on site location

- Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, probing for new interests, identifying potential new business
- Partner with Sales teams to build opportunities in existing customer base
- Make outbound calls to highly qualified leads; convert rate as high as 50%
- Manage previous customer base using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities
- Build relationships so customers keep us at forefront of remodeling
- Handle possible service inquiries confidently and quickly
- Awareness or experience in home remodeling or with homeowners
- Self-starter, quick learner, team player
- Scheduling availability Mon‑Fri 9am‑6pm
- 1–3 years of phone sales, upselling or rehash experience—plus!
- Excellent computer, voice skills, attention to detail
- Positivity, flexibility, determination, persuasive personality
- High energy, willingness to learn
- Familiar with data entry, Microsoft Office Suite
- High speed home internet for effective work from home after training
- Experience with Lead Perfection and Five9 preferred; training provided
