This position is fully remote and part of the Sales team. It will report to the Sales Manager responsible for a team of sales representatives to exceed Leica Biosystems sales goals and deliver on commercial strategies.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To- Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory, maintaining accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor.
- Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
- Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilizing Strategic Selling tools (Blue sheets) with mentorship and guidance.
- Develop product knowledge on DBS, LBS Tools (such as DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
- Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience. - Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven time management skills.
- Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with or other CRM software;
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel 50-75%; overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Prior capital sales experience.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 and is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
