The Client Partner role focuses on strategic sales and building relationships within the Marketing, Technology and Operations teams at major automotive manufacturers and their agencies. Success comes from partnership growth by expanding client investments across various media and technology products. This is a consultative position requiring experience in media sales, relationship development, and selling complex enterprise software solutions.

This role resides in Michigan. Candidates are required to reside in the state of Michigan to be eligible for consideration.

Responsibilities
  • Are you a strategic sales leader focused on expanding existing relationships with major automotive manufacturers and their agencies? The Client Partner will expand client investments across our full range of products—from media and data to enterprise software and professional consultation.
  • Manage multiple key accounts with multiple lines of business and revenue. Success is measured by increasing media sales, expanding enterprise software adoption, and engaging with key decision-makers across the client’s organization.
  • Relationship Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for an established portfolio of high-value automotive accounts, fostering and expanding relationships with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, and Finance.
  • Strategic Growth:
    Develop and execute account plans to identify and secure new opportunities for our solutions, including media investments, paid content partnerships, data and business intelligence, and software integrations.
  • Client Consultation:
    Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the client’s business challenges and recommending solutions that deliver tangible value and help achieve market share goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with an internal Client Solutions Manager and collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Travel:
    Be prepared to travel quarterly for in-person meetings at the client’s office, their media agencies, and our headquarters. Maintain monthly check-ins with clients and ongoing engagement with their operational teams.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience:

    7+ years in media sales, relationship development, and selling complex enterprise software solutions; ability to drive revenue, expand beyond upfront commitments, and exceed targets.
  • Complex Navigation:
    Ability to navigate large, complex organizations and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic Acumen:
    Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
  • Exceptional Communicator:
    Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value and ROI to diverse stakeholders.
  • Account Leadership:
    Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities across different stages of development.
  • Ideal Candidate: A strategic seller who can close deals and serve as a long-term consultant for enterprise-level clients.
Compensation & Benefits

In the spirit of pay transparency, the compensation range is total target compensation (base salary + variable). If hired, total target compensation will be determined based on skills and experience. The range is:
