• Promote the employer's brand by partnering with local store management and driving product visibility
• Conduct regular store visits to build strong relationships and support sales targets
• Act as the primary communication link between field teams and internal departments
• Develop strategic partnerships with key customer leaders and collaborate with peers across the territory
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create impactful sales and marketing collateral

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related business field
• 2+ years of successful sales and/or nutritional experience
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in sales data analysis and strong financial acumen
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips (up to 75%)

• Experience in managing multiple priorities in a retail environment
• Strong creative thinking skills to develop innovative ideas and strategies
• Ability to effectively lead and manage through change
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual tools
• Experience with conflict resolution and store complaint management
