Purpose of the RoleDrive sustainable business growth through operator, chain, and trade partner engagement. Use data and CRM to plan and execute sales calls, establish partnership, grow market share.
Responsibilities- Accountable for sales growth, reach and penetration, digital engagement, and customer presentations.
- Execute multi‑touchpoint contact strategy online and face‑to‑face to generate demand for Food Solutions products.
- Provide virtual culinary consultation to targeted operators.
- Deliver business targets: turnover, reach, penetration, digital, FPO, demos, sampling.
- Implement full key account management approach, CBP, Win & Retain funnel, contact matrix.
- Convert business insights into activation solution selling.
- Create concept selling from market trends.
- Gain insight and lead customers to the right solution.
- Network with key customer stakeholders.
- Prepare visits with solution recommendations and use CRM Salesforce.
- Conduct F2F and virtual sampling, ideation, cooking demo.
- Follow up on previous calls to ensure opportunities progress to close.
- Secure and coordinate customer orders each month.
- Meet with distributors/trade partners to expand assortment.
- Build and nurture relationships with local distributor sales reps.
- Implement contact matrix for key trade customers with squad approach.
- Engage trade customers for secondary sales data.
- Implement promotions related to key seasons and events.
- Ensure timely submission and settlement of claims.
- Hunter mindset with 70% hunting, 30% farming.
- Fast adopter of contemporary technology, AI daily.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, Power BI, Excel.
- Entrepreneurial, proactively create mutually beneficial solutions.
- Curious, constantly learning from market trends.
- Ability to sell premium brands with superiority selling stories and culinary solutions.
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Mandarin).
- CPG food service sales experience (B2B).
- Culinary/Chef selling experience.
- Network of existing food service operator partners.
- Distributor sales, ingredient sales or broker sales.
- CRM (Salesforce) experience.
- Operator experience.
- Market/geographical knowledge.
- Food University background (CIA, Food & Hospitality).
- Multi‑national corporate experience.
