What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the complex sales process to establish new hospital accounts and expand sales within existing accounts
  • Build strong clinical and administrative relationships through presentations, marketing events, and system demonstrations
  • Identify key institutions and drive market awareness within the assigned sales territory
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets while developing a strategic sales plan with the District Sales Manager
  • Facilitate the transition of initial sales and installations to the clinical sales team to maximize procedural volume
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or
  • Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; or
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or Operating Room settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse personalities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
