- On-target commission of $45,000

- 7+ years of senior-level management and sales experience, preferably in tech companies or start-ups
- Proven track record of managing sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience in leading sales managers and building high-performing teams
- Expertise in organizational change management and navigating periods of flux
- Experience in high-volume sales, BDR and AE programs, full-cycle sales, and account management
- Passion for coaching and growing both people managers and individual sales representatives
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving
- Commitment to fostering equity and inclusion within the team
