Remote## Territory Sales Manager United States Territory Sales Manager - Description - External Territory to include:
Tennessee (Nashville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Knoxville)
Primary Responsibilities
* Actively promote Fluke products to achieve sales quota by establishing rapport, providing training and support, and making end user calls.
* Become a local authority in Fluke products and solutions.
* Understand industrial applications and processes.
* Collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to prepare responses to proposals, provide product demonstrations and training, and address end-user customer needs.
* Optimally use company resources, including the customer relationship management system (Dynamics CRM), data analytics (Power BI), and other tools from the Microsoft Suite.
* Collaborate with local distribution partners to drive growth at the end user level.
* Able to work remotely out of a home office with the capacity to travel to end user sites within territory (approx. 60% overnight travel, depending on location)
* Proficient at using Linked In to find new prospects.

Relationship Building:
* Build lasting relationships with local distributors and end users to provide solutions to their problems using an array of Fluke equipment, software & services.
* Provide support for a variety of distributor and customer events including trade shows, seminars, and onsite training, etc.
* Leverage the use of internal Fluke support teams to effectively grow your territory.

Qualifications - External

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or Business or 4-year technical degree equivalent.
* 5-7 years’ experience in a related sales role, technical sales experience is a nice to have.
* Communicate effectively with customers.
* Ability to operate independently to achieve goals working in a fast-paced multidimensional environment requiring time management, creativity and independent judgment.
* Skilled use in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Teams, and a CRM platform.
* Must live within the Tennessee territory. Preferably Nashville, TN.
* Must be able to lift 30 pounds daily.
