The Role of Area Sales Manager

• This is a field sales / home based role
• Representing a market leader within the electrical market – the Area Sales Manager will sell top‑of‑the‑range electrical products and accessories.
• The customer base / route to market is 80% Electrical Wholesaler and 20% Sub‑Contractors.
• You will be tasked with developing a patch that is performing over budget with a turnover of around £3 M.
• As Area Sales Manager, you will have a portfolio of existing accounts and you will be tasked with developing incremental business within these accounts.
• You will be required to complete approx. 4 calls per day (with stakeholders being Branch Managers, Buyers, Contractors etc.).

Our client is interested in the following experience:

• Sold electrical products into electrical wholesalers.
• Sold electrical products into electrical sub‑contractors.
• A capable electrical Branch Manager or Buyer (wanting to be on the road).
• An Electrical Wholesaler sales representative wanting to progress to a manufacturer.

• Up to 25% OTE
• EV or Hybrid car
