This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Newry, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Salesperson will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product range. Daily responsibilities include reaching sales targets, preparing proposals and quotations, following up with prospective leads, and providing exceptional customer support.
The role also involves market research to identify trends, potential customers, and new business opportunities.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of bearing and power transmission products, or experience in technical sales is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client engagement and collaboration
- Organization and time management skills to handle multiple clients and sales processes efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and software for managing accounts and tracking performance
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet customer needs
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend trade shows
