Commercial Field Sales Executive Leeds - FTC Contract 12 months

Description:

Are you an outgoing, dynamic, and forward thinker with a passion for people and building relationships? We are looking for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract Sales Executive to join our market-leading Field Sales team to cover the Leeds territory. You will execute the daily and weekly supply of our products into major retailers, supporting the growth of market share and enabling customers to shop our full portfolio of products daily.

This role offers the chance to work independently while you build long-lasting, influential relationships both internally and externally.

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 (based on experience). Benefits include a yearly performance bonus, company car, and other benefits.

• No Cold Calling – Work with Field Sales Managers to grow relationships across your territory and major retail stores.
• Identifying Gaps in the Market – Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities to win in store.
• Driving Sales – Implement your own initiatives to drive sales and product availability.
• Building Customer Relationships – Manage and influence store-level relationships daily, working collaboratively to make a difference.

• Ability to excel working independently (home-based) and in a team.
• Good energy, motivation, and a desire to win.
• Passion and desire to learn (suitable for a recent graduate or early careers professional).
• Some experience within a sales environment or similar role.
• A full UK driver’s license.
