Position: Account Manager, Men's Health (Remote In Territory)

Description This position is for an Account Manager, Men's Health – Miami (Remote In Territory). The role involves engaging healthcare providers and other key customers within an assigned geographical universe, delivering clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue, and achieving product goals. The Account Manager will perform duties in a compliant manner with Tolmar policies and all applicable US pharmaceutical promotion regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues and other field-based and home-office teams to address customer needs, market dynamics and trends, and develop strategies that support brand and corporate objectives within the assigned geography.
  • Participate in and help lead initiatives to support sales success (e.g., industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong strategic thinking.
  • Strong organization and follow-up abilities.
  • Negotiation and selling techniques with demonstrated accountability in executing sales plans.
  • Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product information.
  • Motivated with a or success attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work with interruptions and tight deadlines; ability to execute effective business plans for the assigned territory.
  • Ability to develop working relationships with internal and external customers and work as a team player at all levels.
  • Initiative in the absence of precise direction; good judgment, discretion and compliance with industry ethical guidelines.
  • Demonstrates assertive selling techniques including asking for business on every call.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in science, business or related field
  • 2 or more years of successful business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience with in-servicing and training office staff, nurses and office managers
Working Conditions
  • Office environment with both sitting and standing.
  • Overnight travel up to 50% may be required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel by air as required.
  • Availability to work extra hours and weekends as necessary.
Compensation

Tolmar compensation programs offer market-based base pay and a strong benefits package. Final compensation may vary based on candidate qualifications and experience. The pay range at commencement of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000 per year; ranges are subject to change by market conditions and geographic location. Final pay determinations depend on factors including location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
