Role Description

This is a Full-Time Commission-Based remote position for an Outside Sales Representative for Floors & Cabinets. The role involves a motivated professional to sell flooring and cabinet solutions across single-family, multi-family, residential, and commercial projects. This is a high-expectation, high-reward position for a self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline. Competes against goals and is driven to win.

Qualifications
  • Must live in Georgia
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person client visits if required
  • Working knowledge of flooring types and cabinet styles
  • Ability to read measurements and floor plans and/or site conditions
  • Understand installation timelines and job flow
  • Knowledge of financing options and upselling ad‑ons
  • Experience of working with builders, contractors, and designers
  • Strong skills in Sales Presentations to effectively communicate product value and features to clients
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and build trust through Relationship Building
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to provide positive and professional experience for all clients
  • Experience or skills in New Business Development to identify and secure new opportunities
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote environment
