The Territory Manager for the Greater Sacramento area is self-reliant, result driven, goal and detailed oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal direct supervision. This position will be a remote office working out of employee’s home. The primary responsibility is to secure new business.

- Maintain and grow assigned territory by generating product and business solutions for customers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through timely, regular visits.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and seek out and call upon industrial contractors and industrial plants to identify their needs, to create product demand and close the sale.
- Increase sales volume by staying current with changing trends, economic indicators, competitor’s strategies and supply and demand.
- Creates opportunities to visit the customers’ facilities so as to quote on customer’s requirements.
- Provide all facets of sales support by answering phone calls, emails and texts.
- The sales representative is expected to expand the Company footprint to new prospects in terms of geography.
- Provide training to technicians and customers on application equipment and process.
- Perform customer demonstrations or system validations.
- Perform paint process assessments.
- Provide technical expertise and assurance to customers during sales appointments.
- Bachelor’s Degree; degree in business, engineering, marketing or technical field preferred.
- 2-3 years of industrial paint or Industry related sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, internet, Word, and Excel.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Effective written, oral and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully without close supervision.
