Location:
Remote – California, Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Nevada, Oregon, Indiana, or Illinois.
Primary work performed remotely from home office; occasional travel to Race offices or off‑site locations may be required.
Compensation: $19 to $21 USD per hour.

Position ImpactAs an Inside Sales Representative at Race Communications, you will expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. You will proactively engage potential customers via phone, web, email, and selling tools, serving as the voice of Race Communications. Your goal is to build meaningful connections, convey the exceptional value of our products and services, and secure their business while supporting our mission to bridge the digital divide between rural and urban areas.
Requirements- Eligibility for U.S. employment without sponsorship.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of sales, outside sales, or related customer‑facing experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) for customer data management and interaction tracking.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quota set by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
- Clear communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension).
- Proficiency in Spanish language desirable.
- Proficient use of MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and teleconferencing applications.
- Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow‑ups, outbound call campaigns, emails, messaging applications, and in‑person events.
- Research accounts, identify potential sales opportunities, and generate interest.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Identify, assess, and understand customer needs and requirements to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust through open, interactive communication.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and detailed understanding of customer requirements.
- Manage creation and presentation of quotations for identified opportunities.
- Generate new business and promote growth of existing accounts.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information when using CRM and other software.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
- Handle inbound calls and provide product and service information.
- Handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within time limits; coordinate with appropriate departments and team members; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow sales team procedures and guidelines, and policies outlined in the Race Communications Employee Handbook.
- Participate in outbound call campaigns and attend outside sales events (travel required).
