Job SummaryCCL Hospitality Group, a division of Compass Group North America, is a leading provider of senior living dining, facility services, and other hospitality solutions. We are seeking a Director of Business Development who will drive growth through the procurement of new community‑living dining contracts and a wide array of facility service contracts. The Director reports to the Vice President of Sales and will act as the team leader for all new sales opportunities.
This is a high‑energy, collaborative role that offers significant earning potential with base salary and commissions that can exceed $200K.
• Lead new business development efforts in senior living and facility services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in senior living communities.
• Lead the proposal and presentation process, including writing strong proposals and presentations.
• Meet financial quotas and follow the required sales process and procedures.
• Travel regularly to cover a large geography and maintain a home office presence.

- Possess a high degree of personal accountability, discipline, and integrity
- Extensive travel required (50% during key projects)
- Sales experience in senior living or food service preferred
- Track record selling contracted services
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
