Sales Representative, Inbound Remote – Liberty Mutual Insurance

Join us as an Inside Sales Representative handling inbound calls and warm leads in a remote environment. This role offers paid training, a dynamic sales experience, and unlimited earning potential.

• Base salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
• Starting base salary for training is $45,000.00, with growth opportunities up to $85,000.00+ for high performers.

• Unlicensed Class Begins:
  January 26, 2026
• Licensed Class Begins:
  February 9, 2026

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs.
• Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and integrity.
• Adhere to a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning to evening (e.g., 11 am-8 pm CST).

• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; at least 2 years of sales or service‑related work required.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient typing and PC skills.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire (paid training available).
• Ability to work from a dedicated workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download).

• Paid training program—16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
