Area Manager

This role serves independent dealership networks across Indianapolis, requiring 5-10 daily dealership visits and remote work within a 60-mile radius of Indianapolis.

• Conduct 5-10 dealership visits per day to sign new dealership agreements and capture approved contracts.
• Review dealer deals and assist in structuring or restructuring to fit program.
• Function as a consultant/partner to F&I Managers to maximize profitability for dealership through UAC products.
• Collaborate with Credit Analyst and Funder to ensure loan approvals and fast funding.
• Work with Dealer Compliance team to resolve issues within market.
• Build and maintain dealer relationships and follow up on approved loan applications.

Base salary: $43,260
. Commission structure applies.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance. Able to work from home and travel daily within 60‑mile radius.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed in the field.
• 2-5 years previous experience in a challenging sales role with proven track record of success.
• Previous experience in Auto Finance sales, underwriting or dealership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
