• Initiate, develop, and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and thought leaders
• Develop strategic plans and proposals to win new business and expand market share
• Execute strategies to target and win large Agrigenomic opportunities
• Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to customer challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in campaign planning and regional marketing activities

• Minimum of 5 years of sales or customer‑facing experience
• Deep understanding of NGS, DNA microarray technology, and/or epigenetic applications
• Proven ability to develop and grow key accounts through networking
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel approximately 65%

• Experience selling into Clinical and Translational research settings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with SFDC, Tableau, and Cognos is a plus
• PhD in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Genetics, or Genomics preferred
• MBA is a plus
• Independent and strategically minded with excellent time management skills
