A leading AV solutions company is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth in their territory. This role involves developing relationships with AV integrators, managing independent rep firms, and executing sales plans. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of territory sales experience in the Commercial AV industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

This is a remote position, paying between $80,000 – $90,000 annually plus commissions.
