We are seeking motivated, reliable, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our remote sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about wellness, skincare, and helping others find effective everyday care solutions. As a Sales Consultant, you will promote and sell aloe vera–based skincare and wellness products while working independently from the comfort of your own home.
Sales Consultants are responsible for managing their own sales efforts, developing customer relationships, and delivering excellent service throughout the entire customer experience—from product education to post-sale follow-up. This opportunity is well suited for individuals seeking flexible work, entrepreneurial experience, or supplemental income.
Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales- Promote and sell aloe vera–based skincare and wellness products directly to customers
- Engage customers to understand their wellness needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and value
- Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding personal sales goals
- Provide a positive, supportive, and professional customer experience
- Develop strong knowledge of product lines to confidently guide customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and personalized service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
- Keep customers informed of new products, promotions, and special offers
- Manage personal inventory and track sales activity
- Monitor individual performance and adjust sales strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work independently while staying accountable to personal goals and timelines
- Participate in initial onboarding and full training provided by the company
- Attend ongoing product education and sales training sessions
- Stay informed on product updates, best practices, and wellness trends
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently engage with customers and explain product benefits
- Comfortable working independently without direct supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous sales, customer service, or wellness-related experience is a plus but not required
- Comfort using basic technology for communication, ordering, and training
- Ability to learn sales systems, product information, and company procedures
