- As an Inside Sales Representative, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
- Work in a remote environment with paid training and licensing where needed.
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire (training includes licensing if not already licensed).
- From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.
- All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
- Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm, CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
- All computer equipment is provided. Work-at-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
- Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and commissions.
- Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn $85k+.
