Overview

Sales Account Manager at Intelifi Inc. STRICTLY B2B

Location:

Beverly Hills, CA

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM This is not a remote position. In-office Monday-Thursday with optional work from home Fridays.

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to join a dynamic and growing team? Intelifi Inc., a leading nationwide provider of employment background screening services, is seeking a full-time Sales Account Manager to drive B2B sales and help companies streamline their hiring processes.

Responsibilities
  • Generate New Business:
    Prospect and contact decision-makers in staffing agencies, HR departments, and other industries across all 50 states.
  • Sales Outreach:
    Conduct phone calls, send follow-up emails, and nurture leads to close deals.
  • Sales Process:
    Gather client information, provide quotes, present online demos, and finalize agreements.
  • Leverage Hub Spot CRM:
    Track leads, manage your pipeline, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build Relationships:
    Become a trusted partner by helping clients switch their vendor accounts for background screening over to Intelifi.

Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Prior B2B sales experience preferred, especially in staffing or HR-related industries.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Driven & Goal-Oriented:
    Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
