• Identifying and engaging prospects in the CDMO and biotech space
• Converting leads to customers in partnership with the Product Specialist
• Managing multichannel outreach including CRM, email, social media, and events
• Representing the company at industry conferences and trade shows
• Collaborating on campaign development, marketing content, and competitive insights

• Bachelors degree in the life sciences or Business/Marketing
• 10+ years in technical sales, including 5+ in biopharma or CDMO environments
• Strong lead gen and CRM experience, with a consultative sales approach
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with marketing and technical teams
• Proven ability to navigate complex customer workflows and influence decisions
