Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for smart, dynamic, motivated professionals. The preferred prior experience is working in a retail auto environment or prior representation of retail automotive dealer products.

This is a hands‑on position. You are active everyday educating dealers about our loan programs, promoting loan growth, collaborating with our Originations team and giving guidance to dealers as needed.

• Develop and maintain dealer relationships
• Increase application and loan volume in assigned territory
• Increase dealer activity
• Onboard new dealers
• Effectively be able to promote and sell the value of CPS’s finance program
• Daily usage of Salesforce CRM

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• B2B sales related to auto retailing or auto finance is preferred, but not necessary.
• Minimum 5 years of lending experience.

• From your home office and field visits within a certain radius of your home address.
