This work-from-home position is a junior customer service and sales role that focuses on inbound leads. Candidates will speak to potential customers, provide excellent customer service over the phone, email, and text, and complete all required tasks accurately and on time. The role supports team members, mid‑level management, and senior management by assisting nationwide customers in selling their automobiles to Copart Inc.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Salesforce and Five9 experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to prepare, manage, and execute regularly scheduled reports
• Deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally

• Proven sales skills with at least 2+ years of working experience
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) is a plus, but not mandatory
• Automotive industry experience is a plus

$15.00 per hour, plus commission earning potential. Pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, and experience.
