What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts
  • Drive revenue growth through various channels including job sites, contractors, and end users
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel on average 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience specifically with surge protection products
  • Strong value-based selling skills and experience negotiating with clients
  • Familiarity with construction project sites and ability to navigate them
