• Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
• Drive revenue achievement through collaboration with various sales channels and partners
• Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Ability to work remotely and travel approximately 50% of the time across the U.S. and Canada
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with contractors and OEMs
• Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools

• Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
• Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with construction project sites and relevant safety regulations
