Commission based D2D Salesman

This is a commission-based contract role for a Door-to-Door Salesperson with COAST2

COAST TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. The role involves engaging directly with potential customers at their residences, explaining the company’s products or services, and driving sales through effective and personalized communication. The salesperson will also generate leads, follow up with prospects, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role based in Lexington, KY, allowing for flexibility with some work from home opportunities.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to meet or exceed targets consistently.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers face-to-face.
• Proficiency in lead generation and follow-up strategies, ensuring optimal conversion rates.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools for reporting, communication, and tracking sales progress.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining accountability.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with occasional onsite visits in Lexington, KY.
• Possessing a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is advantageous.
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
