The RoleAs the Sales & Member Experience Lead
, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire member lifecycle—from initial inquiry and conversion and onboarding through day-to-day support, renewal, and offboarding. You ll be a critical driver of new member sales, facilitating tours and optimizing our conversion process. You’ll also manage our CRM systems, track member experience feedback, and serve as the key point of contact for account management and renewals.
This role demands a proactive, data-obsessed, solutions-oriented individual who delivers high-quality service with organization and consistency.
Core Responsibilities- Respond to inbound inquiries and lead prospective members through tours and conversion.
- Lead sales efforts for all incoming leads - from responding to inquiries and scheduling tours to closing and onboarding across all locations in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
- Execute smooth onboarding: manage move-ins, access, and orientation.
- Own and maintain CRM data in Hub Spot.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day member needs and service.
- Gather and report feedback; suggest improvements to the GM and assist in implementation of the same.
- Manage timely offboarding and renewals to reduce churn.
- Support operations efforts as needed.
- 2–4 years in sales, customer experience, or account management.
- Clear communicator with strong people and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptionally organized and data-focused.
- Access to a personal vehicle for reliable transportation across DFW.
