What you’ll be doing ...- Introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs.
- Interact with small and medium business customers in the retail store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting.
- Demonstrate the value of our products and services by introducing end to end technology solutions to energize their businesses.
- Drive small business results by generating new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals.
- Drive small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
- Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
- Use solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems for customers.
- Outbound sales prospecting and customer visits; service the needs of the existing customer base.
- Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage your pipeline and book of business.
Whether you’re early in your career or a seasoned sales professional, you’ll earn a competitive salary (base pay plus target individual-based commission). Our commission program offers opportunities to exceed compensation plans and qualify for sales incentives. Compensation varies by geography, performance, and experience.
What we’re looking for...You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience (work experience and/or military experience).
- Experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree — Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or related certifications/college courses.
- Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting.
- Wireless sales experience exceeding quota.
- Experience influencing a team to drive sales results.
- Capability to drive positive results in a team environment.
- People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution and the ability to build trust as an influencer at all levels.
In this Account Manager Retail SMB hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes working in-store at least five days per week.

Where you’ll be workingIn this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as determined by your manager. You are responsible for complying with hybrid work policies.
