Role Description

State Farm Agent team member is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Member to join their office in Clackamas, OR. This is a full-time position with the possibility of some remote work once all training and licensing requirements have been met. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the insurance agency in acquiring and retaining customers.

Your attention to detail, commitment to client relations, and sales-oriented mindset will be invaluable in this versatile position. Responsibilities
  • Efficiently communicate with customers to meet their needs while promoting business development.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and/or Life/Health License
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office administration tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Compensation
  • Base salary with the potential to earn uncapped commission

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
