Overview
Inside Sales Representative – Inbound Remote (Arizona). This role is part of Liberty Mutual’s Contact Center Sales Organization. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. The position includes paid training and licensing opportunities.

Position Details:
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. All work is inbound with no cold calls; you will work with incoming warm leads.
A start time around mid-morning (example 11am–8pm CST) with a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is expected for a minimum of 12 months before potential shift changes. Equipment is provided; a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet connection are required (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

- 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service-related work required
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers
- Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
Pay Philosophy:
Starting salary is determined by skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects market value and includes opportunities for commission/bonus where applicable.
