What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, promoting and servicing Medtronic's CA Solutions products
  • Conduct sales calls and manage relationships to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Implement quarterly sales plans and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products
  • Complete administrative tasks including expense reports and field intelligence reporting
  • Train and educate customers to expand market share and drive incremental business
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years' experience; OR associate's degree AND 8+ years' experience; OR bachelor's degree AND 6+ years' experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and sales in the medical device industry
  • Strong ability to conduct sales calls and provide technical support
  • Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales and 3 years in the Medical Industry Sales
