Ascendo is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join its Facades Sales Team
. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, this role focuses on expanding market presence and driving new business by engaging builders, architects, applicators, and distributors
.
$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Secure appointments and manage relationships with builders and applicators
- Promote value-added facade solutions while ensuring quality standards
- Deliver product presentations and provide job-site support
- Build strong dealer relationships to generate leads and referrals
- Provide market intelligence and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct in-store and on-site product demonstrations
- Approximately 70% travel required
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field and/or equivalent building products experience
- 5+ years of successful sales experience selling commodity and value-added solutions
- Experience with market development concepts, including adoption lifecycle, segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Sales management and market development experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in territory management and new business development
- Highly organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Confident presenter for both small and large audiences
- Knowledgeable of industry trends and sales best practices
- Ability to work independently from a home office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight
