Position Overview:
As an ISR, you'll be responsible for reaching out to business prospects by phone, sparking interest in our services, and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team. This is a high-activity, entry-level sales role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, hitting daily goals, and working independently in a structured environment. We provide all the tools, training, and scripts—you bring the energy and work ethic.
- Make high-volume outbound calls to business prospects across various industries
- Engage decision-makers and generate interest in Buildingstars’ services
- Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Net Suite) to track calls, contacts, and lead status
- Send follow-up emails and marketing materials as needed
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, appointments, follow-ups)

- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
- Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma or GED required
