Inbound Sales Representative (Remote/Eastern Time)

As an Inbound Sales Representative at A Place for Mom, you will serve as the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions. In this high‑impact sales role, you will use empathy, insight, and strategic guidance to help caregivers explore the best care options for their loved ones.

• Act as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission.
• Take inbound, pre‑screened leads working remotely from your home office, adhering to an assigned shift schedule.
• Conduct in‑depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and work to match them with suitable senior living communities or home care providers.
• Serve as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing the four‑week new hire training program.

Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks, including inbound calls, outbound return calls, referring families to communities, and scheduling tours that drive move‑ins. As a Welcome Advisor, you will be the company’s first interaction with a family, with the goal of being empathetic to their situation and delivering a great family experience.

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask—simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Strong computer and typing skills, including Word and Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate an internal CRM system.

40‑hour work week on an hourly, non‑exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs and may include regularly scheduled evenings, weekends, and some holiday shifts.

• Base Salary: $45,760 ($22.00 an hour)
• On Target Earnings: $74,000 ($28,024 variable bonus, uncapped)
