Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Sales Specialist, based in Auburn, AL, with some remote work flexibility. The Agency Sales Specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building relationships with new and existing clients, and providing training to team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing client pipelines, delivering sales presentations, coaching new team members, and ensuring customer service excellence.

Collaborating with internal and external teams, the Agency Sales Specialist drives business growth and promotes the company's financial protection benefits.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain a client-focused approach
  • Expertise in Sales with a proven ability to execute sales strategies and drive business results
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to develop and coach new team members effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or workplace benefits is a plus but not required
