Position: Lead Engagement Specialist (Real Estate) — Appointment Setting (Remote)

Type: Full-Time (Mon–Fri)

Location: Remote (Central Indiana preferred — ideally near Indianapolis / Fort Wayne / Central Indiana for occasional team days)

Comp: Typical total earnings $36,000–$45,000/year (base + performance bonuses)

Simple Quarters is hiring a Lead Engagement Specialist to be the first voice for motivated home sellers. If you’re confident on the phone, coachable, and love clear goals, this role is built for you.

What you’ll do
  • Respond quickly to inbound seller leads (calls/texts/web)
  • Make consistent outbound follow-ups to warm/older leads
  • Set quality appointments for our Acquisitions Managers
  • Document clean notes and update statuses in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Follow a proven script/process and improve through coaching
What success looks like
  • High call activity + consistent follow-up
  • 4–8 qualified appointments/week (once ramped)
  • Clean CRM + strong handoffs to closers
Who we’re looking for
  • Coachable, consistent, resilient
  • Organized and detail-oriented with follow-up
  • Sales/call center/appointment-setting experience is a plus
  • Real estate familiarity is a bonus;
    Spanish is a bonus
