Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our agency. In this role you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to potential clients who have reached out to our agency requesting information on our products. This is a commission-only position, meaning you will be compensated based on the policies you sell. Full- and part-time sales and team management positions are available, and you can work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to each lead received.
- Schedule appointments for clients who request information.
- Identify and understand the needs of potential clients to offer appropriate life insurance products.
- Present and explain insurance policy options and provide professional advice to help clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and client interactions.
- Follow up with clients and prospects to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
- Attend training sessions and stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Strong self-motivation, ambition, and determination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Active life insurance license in the state(s) where you will be selling.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position. The earning potential is unlimited, and high-performing sales representatives can make a significant income. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.
