We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our sales process, driving revenue and building strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for converting leads into loyal customers, thus contributing significantly to the growth and success of our organization.

One Team Sales (OTS) connects professional closers with live, pre-qualified recruitment opportunities in the multifamily property management sector
.

We source the leads — you handle outreach, follow-ups, and closing.

No base pay, no limits — you earn commissions on every deal you close.

Your Role

We’re building a small, high-performing team of closers who can confidently sell recruitment services to property-management companies hiring staff for multifamily buildings (leasing agents, maintenance techs, property managers, etc.).

This is a commission-only position designed for experienced sales professionals who want direct access to qualified leads and flexible, remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive qualified recruitment leads from us and manage them through the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) and schedule discovery conversations with hiring managers.
  • Present our solutions and close contracts for open roles.
  • Maintain activity and contact records in our Click Up CRM.
  • Stay consistent with your follow-up cadence to ensure every lead is worked.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of full-cycle sales or recruiting experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and persistence.
  • Reliable laptop, internet, and ability to make outbound calls.
  • Available to respond to new leads within 24 hours.
